We are committed to you as a person and as a customer, and we will follow these steps when you place an order.

1. We  will ship your book normally within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours and provide you with a USPS tracking number.
2. We will email you the tracking number to the email you provide when you place the order.
3. We will promptly response to your inquiries. 
4. We will refund your purchase and shipping costs if we do not do the above points 1-4 and we refund your money if you are not satisfied with your purchase. 
5. We will also refund your purchase price and shipping according to your requesgt or resend you a book if it is damaged.
6. We want  you to be fully satisfied with  our books and if there are other reasons you are dissatisfied we will promptly respond and address that reason.
7. If you are unable to afford the full purchase and shipping costs we will provide the book to you at a discount.
